Transdermal therapeutic system (I) comprises: an active agent impermeable carrier; an active agent reservoir containing at least an active agent, at least an opioid receptor agonist, a pressure-sensitive matrix material comprising an acrylate-hydrocarbon-graft copolymer, and optionally one or more other polymers and one or more gelable polymers; optionally active agent-permeable membrane; and an active agent impermeable layer with protection against pull-off. ACTIVITY : Analgesic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Opioid receptor agonist.
