PURPOSE: A device for sealing and cutting a food container of an automatic food packing device is provided to clearly cut a film and to finish the remnants of a film by simultaneously cutting a cover film sealed on an upside of a container and a portion of an outer end of the upper edge of the container. CONSTITUTION: A device for sealing and cutting a food container of an automatic food packing device comprises a circulation conveyor(14), a vessel supply part(100), a content filling part(200), first and second cover film sealing parts, and a cover film cutting part(500). Container molds(12), in which food containers(10) are settled, are connected on the circulation conveyor at a regular interval. The vessel supply part one by one settles the food container on the container mold moving along the circulation conveyor. The content filling part fills the pertinent content in the food container settled in the container mold. A first and second cover film sealing part adhere the cover film, provided from the cover film feed port(300), to a top opening of the food container. The cover film cutting part sprucely cuts four edges of the cover film sealed in the food container.
