A dual-stroke thermal pressing device based on single-stroke cylinder includes a thermal pressing head (102), a position sensor and a guiding unit (103). The thermal pressing device also includes one cylinder (101), two dual-position five-way control valves and two pressure-adjusting valves. In the thermal pressing device, two dual-position five-way control valves are supplied with air respectively by two pressure-adjusting valves. When the device is needed to pause in operation, one of the dual-position five-way control valves applies pressure on the piston of the cylinder in opposite direction so as to achieve the pause action. The thermal pressing device has a simple structure and a low cost. |
