PURPOSE: A block type synthetic lumber handrail is provided to reduce construction time and costs by assembling synthetic lumber handrail blocks on a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A block type synthetic lumber handrail comprises a support(100), a synthetic lumber handrail block(200), and a post cap. The support comprises a first strut(102), a second strut(103), a flat board, and a skirt(105). The synthetic lumber handrail block comprises a first rotating device(300), a second rotating device(400), and a soundproof plate. The first rotating member is connected to both ends of a horizontal bar(201). The second rotating device is inserted into both ends of the handrail frame. The soundproof plate is installed between the handrail frames in order to prevent noise.
