COLLAGEN-CHITOSAN CONJUGATED FIBER-LIKE POROUS BODY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomaterial which has a fibrous structure similar to an in-vivo collagen fine fiber and is excellent in mechanical strength and to provide a method for producing the biomaterial.

SOLUTION: A collagen-chitosan conjugated fiber-like porous body and a method for producing the collagen-chitosan conjugated fiber-like porous body are provided in which the collagen-chitosan conjugated fiber-like porous body comprises collagen-chitosan conjugated fine fibers which substantially consists of collagen and chitosan having an N-acetylation degree of 60 to 100%.
