<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which can individually control heating powers of heating coils and improve heating efficiency by loosing magnetic connection between an inner heating coil and outer heating coils to reduce mutual influence between the coils, and by applying electric current to the inner heating coil and the outer heating coils flowing in directions which mutually increase an inducted electromotive force generated between the inner heating coil and the outer heating coils. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises an inner heating coil 36b and an outer heating coil 36a disposed around and adjacent to the inner heating coil 36b. The outer heating coil 36a includes divided coils 36a(1)-36a(4) at least two of which are series-connected or parallel-connected or series-parallel-connected. A control section 96 controls a first inverter 76a, a second inverter 76b and a third inverter 76c when high-frequency electric current in a clockwise direction 16, for example, is applied to the inner heating coil 36b, so as to make high-frequency electric current applied to the divided heating coils 36a(1)-36a(4) of the outer heating coil 36a in an outer peripheral region of the inner heating coil 36b flow in the same direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
