<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a sensor with a sensor face to a center of a coil block 3a in a state where the sensors are maintained to be constant with a confronted interval of a diameter even if the sensors are arranged in any position on a circumferential face of an outer peripheral frame 5 irrespective of an increase of sensors becoming a group and to detect a position by assuming that a needle 3 is positioned in the center even if shaft misalignment occurs in a shaft 2 by averaging a magnitude output value of detection voltage of a magnetic sensor 6. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sensor terminal portions 35e in a row-shape are arranged on one line and the other line, which are confronted across the center of the coil block 3a with pitch width of an electric angle 180°, on a peripheral face of a printed board 35 installed in a cylindrical unit 3b. The other row-side is displaced and arranged from one row-side with an electric angle 90°, and magnetic sensors 6 which are oppositely fitted detect two phase signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
