摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color converter which enables to convert and adjust components of color of injection light. <P>SOLUTION: The color converter includes fluorescent substance which adjusts the wavelength of injection light which has short wavelength components and long wavelength components, and emits converted light; and absorbs short wavelengths, converts to long wavelengths, and emits converted light. The color converter is characterized by the ratio between photosynthetic photon flux of blue light components (PPF(B)) of which wavelength is 4.0&times;10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>to 5.0&times;10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>nm and photosynthetic photon flux of red light components (PPF(R)) of which wavelength is 6.0&times;10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>to 7.0&times;10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>nm which ranges between 0.05 or more and 0.4 or less (PPF(B)/PPF(R)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
