<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor that allows electrical characteristics of a biologically-relevant substance contained in a subject fluid such as an aqueous solution disposed on a sensing film to be detected and the biologically-relevant substance contained in the subject fluid to be observed with an observation instrument such as a microscope with high magnification. <P>SOLUTION: A biosensor comprises a substrate 10, a transparent semiconductor film 20 stacked on the substrate 10, a source electrode 30a and a drain electrode 30b that are arranged on both ends of the transparent semiconductor film 20, a stacked insulating film 40 that covers the transparent semiconductor film 20, the source electrode 30a, and the drain electrode 30b, a sensing film 50 stacked on the insulating film 40, and a partition wall 60 that is arranged on both ends of the sensing film 50 and allows a subject fluid 100 to be retained within a prescribed region so that the subject fluid 100 such as an aqueous solution containing a sample or a culture solution is retained on the sensing film 50 and a biologically-relevant substance 200 is disposed on the sensing film 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
