<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic material. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided compositions, articles, and methods of manufacturing the same including a bicontinuous, interpenetrating composite of a semiconducting organic phase, a semiconducting particulate phase; and a plurality of p-n junctions at interfaces between the semiconducting organic phase and the semiconducting particulate phase.
