<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed and high-image quality developing device capable of suppressing a size of the device and cost to the utmost without allowing occurrence of density reduction at high speed development or occurrence of imaging history (ghost), and provide an image forming apparatus using the device. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid-type developing device having a first toner carrier 15 and a second toner carrier 16 that develop an electrostatic latent image on an image carrier 1, and a developer carrier 11 holding two-component developer 23 on the surface thereof and supplying toner to the first toner carrier 15 and second toner carrier 16, the first toner carrier 15 located upstream of the image carrier 1 in the rotating direction comprises a roll-type fur brush 15a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
