<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing organic-inorganic hybrid particles, by which the organic-inorganic hybrid particles are obtained, each of which has a small particle size, and the particle size and film thickness of an inorganic layer can be controlled uniformly; and to provide a method of producing an inorganic hollow particles. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the organic-inorganic hybrid particles includes: a step 1 of producing resin particles, to a surface of which halogen is introduced; a step 2 of forming a shell polymer layer having an amino group on a particle surface of each of the resin particles, to the surface of which the halogen is introduced, by performing living polymerization using a monomer having the amino group; and a step 3 of precipitating an inorganic substance in the shell polymer layer having the amino group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
