<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having surface properties such as reduced allergen activity with no gloss variation, by finish applying a top mirror surface coating material compounded with a surface property imparting agent to a surface of a floor material having a base coat. <P>SOLUTION: A floor material comprises an undercoat mirror surface layer 2 that is arranged on a substrate 4 with application of an undercoat mirror surface coating material, on which a top mirror surface coating material compounded with a surface property imparting agent 5 is applied.
