<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method, a program, an imaging device and an imaging device having a light microscope which can generate multiple images subject to which stitching processing, while suppressing deterioration of an imaged sample. <P>SOLUTION: In an observation area provided on an XYZ stage of a light microscope, first and second photographing areas 11 and 12 which are multiple in a Y axis direction are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other in an X axis direction. The first and second photographing areas 11 and 12 are arranged so that adjacent ones are overlapped with each other at first and second overlapping areas 20 and 40, and so that the first and second overlapping areas 20 and 40 do not overlap. Thus, cumulative quantity of excitation light redundantly radiated, at the first and second overlapping areas 20 and 40, can be decreased. As a result, the multiple first and second photographing areas 11 and 12 can be photographed and images thereof can be generated while suppressing deterioration of a sample 306. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
