PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional optical scanning device that, when a resonance characteristic of a two-dimensional scanner changes, can properly control a drive frequency following the change and can always obtain desired amplitude.
SOLUTION: At the time of initialization such as after power-on, a controller 1 outputs data FSET with an initial value and starts a timer for a predetermined time T1. After the predetermined time T1 elapses, the controller 1 starts a second timer T2 and monitors whether there is a timing of when an input signal DPx becomes "1". If there is the timing of when the input signal DPx becomes "1" (a timing of when a photo diode 13 receives light) during a predetermined time T2, the data FSET is not changed. If there is not the timing, the FSET value is changed (for example, by adding a predetermined value Nx), and the same operation is repeated. If the timing of when the input signal DPx becomes "1" is detected during the predetermined time T2, a flag signal FSC is set to "1" to fix the value of the data FSET.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
