<p>The robot has a skeleton including a head (28) driven with one degree of freedom, and a neck (29) driven with two degrees of freedom, where an elbow(6), a hand (7), a hip (8), a knee (9) and an ankle (10) of the skeleton are driven with one degree of freedom. The robot is positioned to play a commercial acoustic or electronic drum set, where the motion of a drumstick held by the robot is computer controlled by a human drummer. The neck and the head of the robot are moved in a pattern according to the striking pattern of the drum set.</p> |
