Disclosed is a three-dimensional imaging device comprising: an optical transmission section (2a) which has N (where N is an integer of 3 or more) fan-shaped transmission regions in which transmission wavelength ranges are mutually different; a solid-state imaging element (1) which receives light transmitted through the optical transmission section (2a); an optical system which forms an image on an imaging face of the solid-state imaging element (1); and a signal processing section (200) which processes a signal that is output from the solid-state imaging element (1). A photosensitive cell array and a colour filter array in which the unit structural elements are N photosensitive cells and N colour filters are formed on the imaging face of the solid-state imaging element (1). The transmission wavelength ranges of the transmission regions and the colour filters are set in such a way that light that is transmitted through at least one of the N transmission regions can pass through at least two of the N colour filters. The signal processing section generates, in accordance with a signal that is output from the photosensitive cells, a signal indicating at least two intensities of the intensities of the light incident on the transmission regions to thereby generate data for at least two images having parallax.
