The device (2) has a clamping arrangement (14) comprising two hooks (16, 18) at two ends, where the device is mounted and dismounted in a detached position and converted into an operational position. A lever device (20) is fixed between the hooks. The hooks are positioned with respect to each other by lever force in the detached position. Distance of the hooks in the operational position is smaller than distance in the detached position. The hooks and connecting parts of the clamping arrangement are made of an inflexible material i.e. metal.
