The valve has a valve housing provided with an annular valve seat (5) and two flow channels. One of the flow channels comprises a section that is formed coaxial to the valve seat, and the other flow channel comprises another section that encloses the valve seat. Base of the latter section steadily tapers from a plane of the valve seat to a valve tray in a form of a ring trench (2). Two ring trench regions project from apex, and are combined in the latter portion of the latter channel. An annular seal is connected with an external periphery of a curved metal membrane in a gas-tight manner.
