A CHARGING AND DISCHARGING SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC RAILCAR USING RESUSCITATION POWER

PURPOSE: A system for charging and discharging a railway vehicle using a regeneration power source is provided to recycle a regeneration power source using a power source which is charged through stringing for other vehicle power. CONSTITUTION: A wiring(105) is installed to supply external power supply after passing through an electric power substation(101) and a rectifier(103). An apparatus(107) for charging and discharging a region is installed to charge and discharge rotation power generated in a power generating railway vehicle(200). A drive motor(M) is installed to collect an electromotive force which is generated in braking by an operator in the power generating railway vehicle. An apparatus(300) for charging and discharging regenerative power are directly connected to a driving motor to directly supply an emergency power source. A main circuit(350) supplies the power through the wiring in overcharging or supplies the power to other main circuit. A controlling part of power generation, charging, and discharging supplies or blocks the power provided from the wiring.
