PURPOSE: A cooling system for a vehicle is provided to prevent compressor driving member idle by connecting a compressor driving member with a vehicle engine and a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system for a vehicle comprises an air conditioner(100), a compressor driving member(200), a driving means controller, a first power supply unit, a second power supply unit, and a switch(600) The air conditioner comprises a compressor. The compressor comprises a principal axis, a first pulley, a second pulley, and a first clutch. The first pulley is pivotally connected along a principal axis and is combined the engine of a vehicle and a belt pulley. The second pulley is fixed to the principal axis. The first clutch runs so that the first pulley can be connected with the principal axis. The compressor driving member comprises a secondary axis, a third pulley, and a second clutch. The first power supply unit applies power to the air conditioner. The second power supply unit applies power to the compressor driving member and the air conditioner. The switch selectively turns on the second power supply unit and the first power supply unit.
