A USB(Universal Serial Bus) device is provided. The USB device includes a USB connector(1), a housing(2), a print circuit board(3) and a light emitting equipment(4). The USB connector includes a transparent substrate(10) and a plurality of gold fingers(20) embedded in the transparent substrate. A surface of a first portion(201) of the gold finger is not lower than a surface of one end of the transparent substrate. An edge of a second portion(202) of the gold finger extends beyond an edge of the other end of the transparent substrate. The USB connector is provided at one end of the housing, and the print circuit board is provided in a cavity of the housing. The portion of the gold finger extending beyond the edge of the other end of the transparent substrate is connected with the print circuit board. The light emitting equipment is provided on the print circuit board. The ray emitted by the light emitting equipment can penetrate the transparent substrate. A wireless modem including the USB device is further provided. Light can penetrate the USB device and radiate during operation of the USB device, so that a user can have a fire-new vision experience.
