<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize moving image emphasis processing that takes motion sharpening into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A method comprises: a step of storing into a memory N pieces of frame images of a photographed moving image, selecting out of N pieces of the stored frame images a frame image suitable for use as a reference image for the moving image emphasis processing and figuring out an average f<SB POS="POST">av</SB>in a time-axis direction of a pixel value to each pixel in N pieces of the frame images (step S206); a step of calculating a deviation f<SB POS="POST">de</SB>to the average f<SB POS="POST">av</SB>of the pixel value of each pixel of the frame image which is the reference image (step S202); and a step of amplifying the deviation f<SB POS="POST">de</SB>of each pixel by a weighting coefficient α, and adding the amplified deviation to the time-axis average f<SB POS="POST">av</SB>to obtain an emphasized image F (step S204). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
