<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unauthorized use of a credit card even when the credit card is erroneously delivered to a malicious third person. <P>SOLUTION: A credit card management server is connected through a network to a terminal, and includes means for authenticating an individual on the basis of information sent from the terminal, means for receiving an application for a credit card in the terminal after succeeding in the individual authentication, means for generating an arrival code to be recorded in objects sent together with the credit card to the applicant of the credit card, means for storing a set of the generated arrival code and utilization impossibility as a utilization right of the credit card for each applicant, and means for confirming whether or not the arrival code sent from the terminal is stored as the arrival code of the applicant authenticated as the individual in the individual authentication after succeeding in the individual authentication and updating the utilization right of the credit card of the applicant from the utilization impossibility to utilization possibility only when it is confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
