POLYPEPTIDE FROM NONTYPEABLE HAEMOPHILUS INFLUENZAE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide used for developing a vaccine for preventing and/or treating infection caused by nontypeable H.influenzae.

SOLUTION: There is provided a polypeptide comprising nontypeable Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) amino acid sequences. Over 2,500 specific NTHi proteins are disclosed. There are further provided related polypeptides, nucleic acids, antibodies and methods. These can all be used in medicine for treating or preventing disease and/or infection (e.g. otitis media) caused by H. influenzae.
