<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can lessen bending and positional shift of a roller for transporting a recording medium, in a transporting direction of the recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording apparatus includes pinch rollers 61 which are prepared on an upstream side in the transporting direction of a recording paper 50 from a recording part 40 which records an image to the recording paper 50, a transporting roller 60 which transports by pinching the recording paper 50 with the pinch rollers 61 and is formed of one piece, a frame 72 which rotatably supports the transporting roller 60, a holding member 80 which can move in a front-rear direction 8 to the frame 72 and slides in contact with a roller surface of the transporting roller 60 from the downstream side in the transporting direction, a spring 85 which energizes the holding member 80 in an opposite direction to the transporting direction, and an intermediate roller pair 56 which is prepared on the upstream side in the transporting direction from the pinch rollers 61 and the transporting roller 60 and generates a load of the opposite direction to the recording paper 50 held between the pinch rollers 61 and the transporting roller 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
