PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage conversion circuit device that can perform skew adjustment so that a skew value is in an acceptable range.

SOLUTION: A step-up converter circuit device 10 that adjusts skew for switching control of a first switching element 124 and a second switching element 134 has: a skew measurement and storage processing unit 204 that stores a skew value of timing skew for the switching control of the respective switching elements after the step-up converter circuit device 10 is once manufactured; and a timing adjustment processing part 206 that corrects the stored skew value, and adjusts a timing relation between first and second pulse signals so that the skew value of timing skew in the case where the switching control of the respective switching elements is performed using the first and second pulse signals becomes zero.
