<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a building capable of favorably ventilating a space above a floor. <P>SOLUTION: A building 10 comprises a first floor section 12 constructed on a foundation 11 and a second floor section 13 continuously constructed on the first floor section 12. The first floor section 12 has a first floor habitable room 16 and the second floor 13 has a second floor habitable room 17. The building 10 also includes an inter-story section 40 which divides the first floor habitable room 16 from the second floor habitable room 17, and an external wall section 27 which separates the first floor habitable room 16 and the second floor habitable room 17 from outside the building. The inter-floor section 40 is provided with a ventilation passage 50 between the first floor habitable room 16 and the second floor habitable room 17 so that the ventilation passage 50 allows ventilation between the first floor habitable room 16 and the second floor habitable room 17 to become possible. The ventilation passage 50 is positioned close to the external wall section 27. A second floor storage section 60 overhung inwardly from the exterior wall section 27 is positioned above the ventilation passage 50 in the second floor habitable room 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
