<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a loaded fastener from being disengaged by a reaction force during cutting of a weakened part, in relation to a fastener fastening tool. <P>SOLUTION: The tool 10 is provided with: a transfer mechanism 82 that transfers, in one direction, a row of fasteners 40 supported in a supply channel 81; a cutting mechanism 83 that cuts weakened parts of the row of fasteners 40 supported in the supply channel 81; a loading member 52, in a loading unit located frontwards in terms of the transfer direction of the transfer mechanism 82 and adjacent to the frontmost row in the supply channel 81, that holds one fastener cut by the cutting mechanism 83; a slide mechanism 53 that moves the loading member 52 forwards and backwards; and a push-in mechanism 54 that pushes on a male member 200 on the fastener loaded into the loading member 52, thereby widening the outer diameter of a leg part thereof. Counting the frontmost row fastener as the first row, the cutting mechanism 83 cuts the weakened parts of fasteners positioned at the second and subsequent rows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
