LASER IRRADIATION DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser irradiation device that can improve the uniformity of the light intensity distribution of a laser beam at the exit end face of a light guide body.

SOLUTION: A laser irradiation device 1 comprises: a plurality of laser beam sources 2; a fiber array 4 having a plurality of optical fibers 7 that allow the laser beams output from each of the laser beam sources 2 to propagate therethrough; and a light guide body 5 that multiplexes and emits the laser beams emitted from each of the optical fibers 7 in the fiber array 4. Each of the optical fiber 7 in the fiber array 4 is arranged on a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the fiber array 4 with unequal pitches. Whereby, the laser beams emitted from each of the laser beam sources 2 are allowed to enter the light guide body 5 at different intervals.
