<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate restriction on CS call origination which uses a CSFB function. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station UE according to the invention is provided with a notification information receiving unit 21 for receiving an SIB 2 via an E-UTRAN, and a restriction processing unit 22 for performing predetermined restriction processing in relation to the E-UTRAN on the basis of information elements contained in the SIB 2.
