<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound playback apparatus particularly using magnesium based composite material. <P>SOLUTION: A sound playback apparatus is provided with a case body and a sound device. A front part 12 and/or a back part 16 of the case body consists of magnesium based composite material. The magnesium based composite material comprises magnesium based material and nano material dispersed in the magnesium based material.
