<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit and an electronic equipment that requires only a short time until the oscillatory frequency is stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment comprises: a resonance circuit that has a frequency correction circuit; an oscillation circuit that has an amplifier circuit connected between both ends of the resonance circuit.
