A thrust bearing with an improved sealing assembly includes a sleeve (7) which is provided with flat faces (19, 21 ) at its both ends (1 1, 22) for carrying rubber seals, each seal provided with two rubber lips (3, 4, 10, 12) extending in axial direction. The ends (11, 22) of sleeve (7) envelop lips (3, 4, 10, 12). The inner surface (20) of sleeve (7) guides a roller cage assembly (15, 16) and is sealed by double lip rubber seal (8, 9). Double lip rubber seal (8, 9) is provided with a metal stiffener (13) press fitted on the outer diameter of bottom washer (14).
