The method involves applying isocyanate-containing substance (100) on a surface of a tool, and molding plastically-deformable plastic (200) by injection or extrusion of plastic into a mold comprising a preset cavity, where the hot plastic surface comes into contact with the tool surface. The plastic treated with isocyanate is solidified (300) until the plastic obtains rigid structure. Water is applied (400) on the surface of the rigid plastic, where the surface of the cavity is moistened by spray coating before applying the substance on the surface of the tool.
