PURPOSE: A heat-reflective paint is provided to decrease the surface temperature of a road pavement material by 7-15°C, and to obtain more than 70% of reflectivity in all sunlight wavelength areas. CONSTITUTION: A heat-reflective paint comprises a mixture of 30-50wt% room temperature-drying type acryl emulsion resin, 10-25wt% glass beads, 10-30wt% hollow ceramic, 10-30wt% colored inorganic pigment, 10-30wt% water, 1-5wt% surfactant, 1-5wt% thickening agent, 1-35wt% dispersant and 1-3wt% sedimentation agent. The glass beads is vacuum deposition-coated by aluminum or metal which has the thickness of 1-40 micron, on a glass of which refractive index is at least 2.2 or higher. The density of the hollow ceramic is 0.5-0.7g/cc, grain size is 15-65, the volume hollow rate is 20-60%. |
