PURPOSE: A movable element cooling type cylindrical linear motor is provided to discharge a fluid flowed into the inside of a stator through a hole arranged on the surface of the stator, thereby effectively cooling a movable element which reciprocates along the surface of the stator. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(1) is arranged in the inside of a cylindrical pipe(3a). A first fluid supply part(12) arranged in one end side of the pipe seals one side of the pipe. A second fluid supply part(13) arranged in the other end side of the pipe seals the other side of the pipe. A first connection part(14) connects the magnet and first fluid supply part. A second connection part(15) connects the magnet and second fluid supply part. |
