PURPOSE: A slide switching device of a portable terminal is provided to extend the exposure space of a main body and to efficiently use additional functions. CONSTITUTION: A second sliding member(20) is combined with a first sliding member. A first slide hinge module(30) transfers cover about the main body. The first slide hinge module opens and closes a keypad and is combined with the first sliding member and the second sliding member. A second slide hinge module(80) slides the cover in a closing direction. The second slide hinge module configures the first and second sliding members.
