<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure good heat transmission to a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal box 10 includes a metal heat sink supporting a diode body 81 and a resin supporting part 12 supporting the heat sink and attached to a solar cell module at a surface opposite to a supporting surface 26. Holes 70 are formed in the heat sink so as to open and projecting parts 37, which are respectively inserted into the holes 70, are formed on the supporting surface 26 of the supporting part 12. Caulking parts 39, each of which is formed by caulking a part penetrating through each hole 70 and facing the surface of the heat sink with ultrasonic waves or heat, are provided at tip ends of the projecting parts 37.
