<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type touch panel in which plural wiring patterns formed on the touch panel is difficult to be seen, the operability of the touch panel is improved, and the display performance of a display panel is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged facing each other; plural first resistance films provided between the first substrate and the second substrate and arranged in parallel in one direction; plural second resistance films provided between the first substrate and the second substrate and arranged in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the one direction; and insulation liquid filled between the first substrate and the second substrate.
