<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a frame rate and image quality of medical image data to transfer according to operation contents. <P>SOLUTION: A medical image transfer controller of an embodiment receives operating information sent from a client via a network, executes a process corresponding to the operating information, and transfers the medical image data which is a result of the process to the client. The medical image transfer controller comprises: an operational state determination unit 11b for determining an operational state performed by the client based on the operating information sent from the client; an image data adjustment unit 11c for adjusting display quality of the medical image data to transfer to the client based on an effective band of the network and a determination result of the operational state determination means; and an image data transfer unit 11d for transferring the medical image data adjusted by the image data adjustment unit 11c to the client. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
