<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a dry region with high reliability and to provide a compact motor actuator structure having an ECU substrate in the dry region in a motor actuator unit where an electric motor, a speed reduction mechanism driven by the motor and the ECU substrate controlling the motor are stored in a housing. <P>SOLUTION: In a motor actuator, a housing is constituted of a pair of splittable split housing half bodies forming a region storing a motor and a speed reduction mechanism. A completely watertight dry region is formed of one of the pair of split housing half bodies and a lid member bonded to the one split housing half body. A connector insertion portion which is electrically connected to an ECU substrate arranged in the dry region is integrally formed in the one split housing half body.
