<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, an image display method and a program which can display information in an out-frame region existing at the outside of a cutout image without lowering visibility of the cutout image. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device comprises: a data acquisition part 11 for acquiring image data of an original image Io and cutout frame information If which specifies a range of a cutout image It cut out from the original image; a perpendicular length calculation part 15 for calculating a length of a perpendicular pl dropped from a corner part c of the cutout image to an outer frame to be the reference facing the corner part of the cutout image among outer frames of the original image, based on the cutout frame information; a suggesting line creation part 17 for creating a suggesting line sl corresponding to the length of the perpendicular as image data; and a data display part 19 which extends the suggesting line from the corner part of the cutout image to a side opposite to the outer frame of the original image to be the reference to display the suggesting line, with the cutout image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
