<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit preventing failure in dv/dt application and transmitting a signal from a low-side end to a high-side end to operate in a broad range at low voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A level shift circuit includes: control parts MN1, MN2, MP1, MP2, R1, R2, R9 and R10; and a flip flop 12 outputting an output signal to which an input signal is level-shifted based on a set signal and a reset signal. The control part makes, when a dv/dt transient signal is applied and the input signal is not input, an on-resistance of set-side load resistances R1, R9 and MP1 including a first resistance R1 and an on-resistance of reset-side load resistances R2, R10 and MP2 including a second resistance R2 smaller than the first resistance and the second resistance. When a transistor MN3 is ON, the control part forms the set signal and makes the set-side load resistances larger than the reset-side load resistances. When a transistor MN4 is ON, the control part forms the reset signal and makes the reset-side load resistances larger than the set-side load resistances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
