<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can avoid a multi-selection state in which both Y switches of selected bit line and non-selected bit line are selected. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a Y switch for electrical-potentially connecting a bit line to an IO line according to the potential of a gate electrode; a via for supplying a Y switch control signal to the gate electrode of the Y switch; a transistor (N1) connected to the gate electrode of the Y switch for setting the gate electrode into GND potential in response to the signal (1) and for controlling the Y switch into electrically-nonconductive; and a circuit (P1 to P3) for precharging and equalizing the bit line in precharge voltage. The activation of the precharge signal in which the gate electrode of the Y switch is set into GND potential corresponds to the timing of the activation of the equalizer circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
