<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is such a weak point that since system analysis based on the homology of a genetic array performed in a conventional manner is based on such assumption that the evolution speed of the same type of molecules is fixed, it is possible only to perform analysis between the same type of genes. <P>SOLUTION: The evolutionary property of new gene is found out by analyzing the composition ratio of the kinetic value of amino acid corresponding to codon in each gene and the codon. Firstly, the expectation value of the hydrophilic/hydrophobic index value of amino acid corresponding to the codon due to the symmetry of G+T is turned to be the index of genuine germ, old germ and eukaryote. Secondly, a standard deviation in the genetic set of the composition ratio of the codon due to the symmetry of G+C is turned to be the index of a biological species having a higher-order function. Thirdly, the expectation value of the molecular weight of the amino acid corresponding to the codon due to the symmetry of G+A is turned to be the index of the biological species capable of growing in an extreme environment.
