<p>Disclosed is a forceps for an endoscope, comprising: a pair of a first forceps member (21) and a second forceps member (22), these forceps members being supported by a pivot shaft (23) in a relatively turnable manner; an opening/closing wire (30) which moves forward and backward along the direction of the shaft line (O) so as to relatively turn the first forceps member (21) and the second forceps member (22); a stopper (60) which changes the relatively turnable angles of the first forceps member (21) and the second forceps member (22) depending on the location thereof, i.e., a first position (21) and a second position (22) differing from each other in the position of the direction of the shaft line (O); an operating wire (70) which moves forward and backward along the direction of the shaft line (O) so as to move the stopper (60) between the first and second positions; and a sheath (40) through which the opening/closing wire (30) and the operating wire (70) pass and from the front end of which the first forceps member (21), the second forceps member (22) and the stopper (60) protrude.</p> |
