<p>A method, a device and a system for selecting public safety answer point are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: an E-CSCF receives an emergency service request message for indicating that a UE initiates emergency service (S302); according to the emergency service request message, the E-CSCF judges whether the type of emergency service is non-voice emergency service or not (S304); if the result of judgment is right, the E-CSCF selects a PSAP for the UE, which supports the non-voice emergency service, based on the position information and the non-voice emergency service type of the UE (S306). The invention ensures that the PSAP supporting the non-voice emergency service can be selected, and the service corresponding to the non-voice emergency service is provided for the UE.</p> |
