<p>The valve has a valve body (11) provided with a spray opening (15) and a cooling body (12). The valve body is closely welded with a receiving sleeve (13) and provided with a heat exchange unit. The heat exchange unit comprises cooling fins arranged in the receiving sleeve. The cooling fins comprise annular cooling surfaces axially arranged on the receiving sleeve. The heat exchange unit comprises an annular duct (28) rotated around the receiving sleeve that is provided with an inlet and an outlet. The receiving sleeve is made of a stainless steel sheet.</p>
