The method involves prefabricating a blisk (1) at an original starting position by a milling process. The blisk is moved from the original starting position to an exact zero position with respect to a processing apparatus. The blisk is cut using a welding process. An orientation feature (3) of the blisk is formed at an original starting position of a tool during milling of a blisk blade (4). The blisk is exactly positioned in the original starting position of the tool corresponding to the respective processing apparatus and a measuring apparatus during welding and measuring processes.
